A CROSSFIT CLASS MADE FOR BEGINNERS

 

CrossFit doesn’t have to be intimidating. Want to be healthier, faster, stronger, and build up more endurance? This small group class will teach you the basics but still put you through high intensity CrossFit workouts. After these 4-weeks, you’ll be ready to jump into regular CrossFit classes or you can stay enrolled for another 4-weeks of CrossFit for Beginners.

Class Meets: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays at 5:30pm

Our workouts will challenge you and leave you feeling like you’ve truly accomplished something. During our workouts, you’ll use barbells, boxes, sleds, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, weightlifting rigs, and gymnastic equipment.

Our coaches can scale any workout to meet you where you are. You’ll always get a great workout while consistently shooting for new goals.

Accountability

Committing to three classes a week for a 4-week period will keep you accountable. In a small group class, your classmates and coaches WILL notice if you’re gone. This accountability will help you reach the fitness goals you set for yourself!

No Guess Work

We program your warm-up, workout, and warm down. All you need to do is show up!

Track Progress

It’s easy to forget where you started. During these 4-weeks, you’ll have an access to app where you can track your workouts. You’ll have the opportunity to repeat some workouts so you can see how far you’ve come!

  • Completion of the 4-week is not the end. In fact, for many it will be just the beginning! A regular CrossFit membership includes UNLIMITED classes and the flexibility to go to any of the classes offered.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY DO THE WORKOUTS?

Absolutely! All of our workouts are designed with the ability to scale for any fitness level.

WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE?

Each class consists of a warm-up, followed by skill introduction and practice, and a workout tailored to the skills you just learned!

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

No. This is a 4-week course. You can opt to sign-up for a membership after you complete this series but it is not required.

I HEARD YOU CAN GET INJURED DOING CROSSFIT. IS THIS TRUE?

As with any recreational activity or sport, there is a chance of injury. At our gym, we focus on coaching and emphasizing proper form and technique. Our coaches help scale intensity and weights appropriately to each individual’s ability and skill. We want you moving SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY!

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Yes, we have showers available at our location.
