There’s nothing routine about this workout! We use all of the equipment Glass City CrossFit offers, but our workouts are specifically designed for beginners to functional fitness. For six weeks you’ll get small group fitness coaching that will jumpstart your journey to reach your fitness goals.
We start with a warm-up to get your heart rate up. Then, it’s on to the main workout of the day. We’ll keep you moving and having fun!
Part of keeping it fun is keeping it varied. We may row, run, box jump, lift light weights, jump rope, push sleds, flip tires, or run through a tabata workout. It’s NEVER the same workout and everything may be scaled to YOUR ability!
