Max Effort is a great fit for:
- Beginners who don’t feel quite ready to jump into our regular CrossFit class. Here, a coach will work more closely with you to make sure you’re scaling appropriately for your fitness level.
- 6-Week Challenge Graduates! In this class, we will take what you learned during the program and take it to the next level. The workouts will be more challenging (but still scalable)!
