Ever wanted to try CrossFit but not quite sure what it is? Or think it might be too “hard” for you? Come and try out our Intro to CrossFit classes offered every week Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30PM. In this hour long class we will introduce the basics of CrossFit and explain to you our methodology when training. We PROMISE, anyone can do it! All fitness levels are welcome! Come on in bring a friend, and get in a good WOD (Workout of the Day)!
