No!  CrossFit can be scaled for any fitness level.  We’re happy to help you get started! The best place to start is our CrossFit Basics class.

I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

When you first meet with a Coach we’ll take you through an inital assessment.  We want to get you on the right path to reach your goals.  Our programs are designed to make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. You’ll learn the basic movements and as you demonstrate proficiency, we’ll add on appropriate intensity and complexity. Some people will move right into regular CrossFit classes, others try personal training or one of our other fitness programs. 


Does your facility have showers?
