Do I need to be in shape to get started?

No!  CrossFit can be scaled for any fitness level.  We’re happy to help you get started! The best place to start is our Foundations class or our next 6 Week Challenge.


When is the next Foundations class starting?

Foundations classes run every 1st and 3rd week of the month on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm. The cost is $99. Sign up today and the remaining 30 days of CrossFit classes are FREE!

Is CrossFit dangerous?

In short, yes, CrossFit can be dangerous. But not in the ways you might believe. With improper coaching, unkept equipment and a misguided attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at Glass City CrossFit will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.


I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

The GCCF Foundations program is a 3-session introductory program designed to make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. You’ll learn the basic movements and as you demonstrate proficiency, we’ll add on appropriate intensity and complexity. Foundations is a great way to learn the basics and start up new friendships with others new to the program.


What is your drop-in policy?

If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, we’d love to have you drop-in! First time drop in is FREE and then $10/day.  Please text or call to let us know you’ll be stopping by!


Does your facility have showers?
