Tell us a little bit about yourself!
Well I am 1 year and 2 months old…that’s almost 9 in dog years, I think. Not great at that whole math thing.  Also sleeping and making sure to say hi to you at the gym…but that’s only if you ignore me first.

Don’t try and get me to come to you, because I’m on my own terms.

When did you first start CrossFitting?
When I was 7 weeks old. August 2016.

What got you into coaching?
My mom made me do it.

Coaching Certifications / Experience
Certified overseer of all things at GCCF.

Well I’ve definitely increased my cardiovascular endurance and put on lots and lots of muscle. I’m pretty much the hulk. But I kinda look like a pig.
