45 MINUTES OF NONSTOP EFFORT!
Our 45-minute fast-paced conditioning program utilizes the theory of HIIT (high-intensity interval training). During this class, you’ll use your own body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, rowing, running, jumping (and more!) to burn calories and build lean muscle. For 45 solid minutes, we’ll challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up! Show up, put in the effort, and start to see the results!
Monday and Wednesday: 9am & 6:45pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 6am

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
- A different workout every time you come to class! This keeps class fresh and interesting!
- Challenging but scalable workouts. You only have 45 minutes in our class, so we want you to get the most out of that time.
- A fast-paced atmosphere without a ton of down time. You want to burn calories? We’ll burn calories!
- To move. A lot. Wear comfortable clothes!
- To drink a ton of water. Bring a water bottle and use it to stay hydrated.
- To have fun. It’s going to be hard work but our coaches and the rest of the class will be there to encourage you!
