With a partner complete the following reps, split however you’d like:
200 – Double Unders
50 – Push ups
40 – Pull-ups
30 – Box jumps (24/20")
20 – Burpees
*With the remaining time in the 10 minutes Row or Bike as many Calories as possible. Score your total Calories!
