What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is an elite fitness program designed for everyone. We train your body to move the way it is supposed to move. While you won’t find rows of elliptical and weight machines in our gym, you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, and rowers. Glass City CrossFit has plenty of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, throwing and squatting.  By improving these functional movements you can become better at whatever life throws your way!

Our CrossFit program serves as the foundation to being fit for life. At Glass City CrossFit we strive to:

· Achieve a high level of conditioning
· Work towards having full range of motion and strength in basic positions
· Focus on better body composition- achieving less fat, more lean tissue
· Get a great workout in!

You’ll have an experienced coach guiding you through the daily workout. They’ll help you scale the workout to your abilities and keep you movtivated.


For many people, half of their struggle with fitness is showing up. Having a set class time and workout partners helps you stay on task. It doesn’t hurt that it’s also a lot of fun!
