Glass City CrossFit’s classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community. Our CrossFit group classes offer:

Programming – Our members have a vast range of personal goals and ability levels. Our group training program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs. Glass City CrossFit’s group class is scaleable to meet your current ability and help you progress your fitness.

Supportive Community – Our group CrossFit classes are the perfect solution for an individual looking for a supportive environment that shares the desire to be happier and healthier.

In our group sessions, participants will be lead by Glass City CrossFit’s coaches through multiple phases of the training session.  Over the 1 hour session, a group class will often cover:

  • Warm up to prepare the body for the workout
  • Mobility drills
  • Strength and/or skill development
  • Conditioning
  • Post-workout accessory work or recovery techniques
