1. CrossFit for Beginners Class (Introduction to CrossFit).  This is a small group class that meets 3 times a week to learn CrossFit basics. If you’re new to CrossFit, this is a required course to attend our regular CrossFit group classes. Check our schedule on the website to see when the next class is being offered and let us know you’ll be coming by using the online form! If those times/dates don’t work or you’d simply prefer one-on-one coaching, just let us know and we’ll work with you.

2.  NOT new to CrossFit? You’re welcome to join us for a regular CrossFit class to see if we’re a good fit for you.  Please view our online CrossFit class schedule and let us know when you’ll be coming in!

3. Utilize our Personal Trainers. If one-on-one is more your speed, we have a dedicated group of personal trainers. We offer 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. It’s easy to view their profiles and schedule a consultation on our website.
