GET STARTED AT GCCF
Welcome! While we understand that you may be eager to hit the ground running toward your fitness goals, we want to ensure you have the best chance for success.
If you’re new to CrossFit, there are 3 ways to get started:
1. We offer a free class to tour our gym and meet the staff. These are held twice a month or by appointment. Fill out the form below to let us know when you’re interested in attending!
2. The free session / trial class isn’t mandatory. If you know you want to get started at Glass City CrossFit, sign up for our Foundations class (3 sessions) to learn the basic CrossFit movements. This is a required course to attend our regular CrossFit group classes. Check our schedule on the website to see when the next course is being offered! If those times/dates don’t work or you’d simply prefer one-on-one coaching, just let us know and we’ll work with you.
3. Join our new program, MAX EFFORT! This program is designed specifically for beginner CrossFit levels. This class is designed to bridge the gap between regular CrossFit classes and the basic skills you’ve learned in the 3 day Foundations class. If you’re new, this is a great place to get started!
If you already have CrossFit experience, let us know. You can generally skip all of the introductory classes and jump right into our classes!

You’re not alone! A lot of our members have started where you are right now. We’ve developed an awesome six-week introduction to common CrossFit movements. It’s designed to give you more time in the gym to learn and get comfortable with the workouts and the coaches in a small group setting. This program will help you succeed and feel at home here.
