Here’s how to get started:

We offer a free class to tour our gym and meet the staff. This isn’t mandatory. If you know you want to get started here, the next step would be to sign up for our Foundations class (3 sessions) to learn the basic CrossFit movements. This is a required course before you can attend our group classes. If you already have CrossFit experience, let us know.

If you think you’d like more time to learn and get comfortable with common CrossFit movements, then join our next FIT AF 6 Week Challenge (18 sessions).
