Wondering What “Foundations” is all about?

The Basics:

Foundations is a required 3 day Introduction to CrossFit series. It involves instruction of core movements, assessment of your movements, coaching on modifications, and a chance to experience actual workouts with individualized attention. Our goal is to set you up for success in our regular CrossFit group classes!

How It Works:

Once you sign up for Foundations, you’ll be assigned a coach to complete your 3 classes with at a time that is convenient for you. When possible, we recommend finishing your 3 Foundations classes within a week’s time so you can begin regular classes.

NOTE: All 3 classes must be completed prior to joining regularly scheduled group classes.

What to Bring:

Yourself, a good attitude, a bottle of water, and wear comfortable workout clothes!

What’s the Next Step After Foundations?

For some people, they’ll opt to join the group classes after their 3 sessions. However, more one-on-one personal training sessions are always available to you if you feel like you need more time before jumping into group classes. We’re happy to talk about your goals, where you’re at in your fitness journey, and set up individualized sessions as needed!
