CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program which attempts to optimize physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. We believe our Glass City CrossFit and H.I.T.E. circuit training programs help our members develop strength in each of these domains. Looking to work on Olympic Lifting? We offer Barbell classes that focus on technique to keep you in good form and get you closer to hitting that personal record!

STRENGTH + CARDIO TRAINING

Check out our H.I.T.E. (High Intensity Training for Everyone) membership! This program gives unlimited access to our 45 minute class, with 4 stations that target 4 areas of the body. Let us take you to a new HITE with this circuit training class! No barbell or CrossFit experience needed.  All levels welcome! Get started today!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

CrossFit is a form of functional fitness training. Functional fitness training can help improve your health and well being by strengthening muscles to prepare them for activities of everyday living. Let our expert coaches lead you through a WOD (Workout Of the Day)! Get started with our Foundations Class!

Our programs

We’re happy to help fit you with a training program that suits your needs! Your health and well-being is our priority. We offer CrossFit and H.I.T.E. memberships, as well as personal training sessions. We also offer specialty classes, such as Olympic and Power Lifting. Open gym access is included with active memberships. We have classes and coaches ready to help you succeed at every level! 

CLASS Size

Class sizes are limited to allow our coaches to give members more personal attention.  We find small group training builds camaraderie and enhances accountability within our community.
