Strength Class provides focused attention on the squat, deadlift, and bench press. Our expert coach uses specialized programming to help members improve strength and promote greater awareness of body mechanics and technique. In this class you will be warmed up, supervised in the performance of specific lift components, and finished up with super sets and/or accessories sure to give you the pump you’ve been needing! This class is open to all levels, from beginner to expert!
Strength is a Specialty Class and can be added onto any monthly membership plan. This 90 minute class runs twice a week.
