H.I.T.E. stands for High Intensity Training for Everyone. These HIIT-style classes are 45 minutes and offered 4 days each week.
Our coaches will whip you into shape as you circulate through both cardio and strength training stations.
Workouts include, but are not limited to, body weight movements such as push ups, squats, lunges, and running.
Our coaches may also include box jumps, jumping rope, and movements that utilize kettlebells, dumbells, and crossover symmetry. This class is EXCELLENT for any level of fitness!
H.I.T.E. is a Specialty class and offered as a monthly membership; it can also be added onto a monthly CrossFit membership.
